What Are The Best Remedies Or Herbal Treatments For A Teen With Quit Strong Anxiety?
| January 25, 2010I think I suffer from anxiety as often in school in lessons I’m more bothered about classmates “watching” me rather than what the teacher is saying. It is awful and I need some help

It’s really good that you recognise that you’re a bit over anxious.
Have you considered talking to a counsellor to find out exactly why you feel this way? It may be something quite simple and they could help you with it.
Perhaps you could tell your parents, and also your doctor, and get some help – don’t keep on having this problem, you can definitely get help with it! Lots and lots of people suffer with anxiety – and there’s help available.
Speak to your G.P – there are medicines that you only take for a period of time that will help this.
Don’t ignore it. If it affects the way you lead your life it needs to be taken care of
i have anxiety. im a teenager. i can help (: okayy well basically there arent any “remeidies” but there are rules and guideline to help you. first you have to isolate the fear (yours is you feel as if your being watched by your classmated) next try to exercise more often. if your not that active you can just take walks. take out caffine and excess sugar from your diet. if you have an anxiety attack your symptons wont be as bad.
people with anxiety have to be reassured nothing is going to happend. i have anxiety caused by emetophobia (fear of throwingup) so i have to be reassured i wont be sick. you have to be reassured no-0ne is watching you. i’ll start. nobody is watching you i promise.
I have Hydroxyz Pam from my doctor, or Visterol, as it is called and it works. A nice camoile tea should help ypu relax, however, I do not know of any hebal meds, however, a nutrition store like GNC, should be able to help you. Do not be worried about kids watching you, it’s their problem if they are not paying attention in class and fail.
Also, why would they be looking at you?
Are you that beautiful, or is there something wrong?
If there is, tell them not to stare, and if are hot, take it as a compliment, a’right.
Good luck to ya.
